Refund and Returns Policy

This policy describes when and how you can return a product and receive a refund from IntimNutrition.com. It is intended for consumers shipping to the European Union and is based on Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. For delivery-related questions, please also see our Shipping Policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear written statement of withdrawal by email to info@intimnutrition.com within the 14-day period, including your order number and the items concerned.

2. Exception for Sealed Health Products

Important: In accordance with Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. This means:

• Blister packs, sachets or bottles that have been opened or unsealed can no longer be returned, even within the 14-day window.
• Products in their original, unopened, undamaged sealed packaging remain eligible for return.

This rule applies to all sildenafil, tadalafil, dapoxetine, vardenafil and avanafil products sold on this site.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

1. Email info@intimnutrition.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
2. Wait for our written confirmation and return address. Do not ship items back to us without prior confirmation — unconfirmed returns may be refused.
3. Pack the product securely in its original, sealed packaging.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.). We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order. For bank transfer (BACS) orders, the refund is sent back to the originating IBAN.

6. Damaged, Tampered or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please follow the process in Shipping Policy section 7 — contact our support within 5 days of the expected delivery date with photos of the packaging where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring a physical return.

7. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it free of charge by emailing info@intimnutrition.com as quickly as possible after placing the order. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, the standard 14-day withdrawal procedure above applies instead.

8. Out-of-Area Orders

If an order is placed for delivery outside our shipping area (see Shipping Policy section 2), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
